We've included helpful items on this page to ensure you and your child's first trip to our office is productive, stress-free and enjoyable.
What to Expect
On the day of your child’s first visit to our office, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. This allows extra time for finishing up any registration forms and ensures you have plenty of time to get acquainted with our staff and office. Please also plan that the first visit may take up to 2 hours due to insurance verification, paperwork, computer entries and getting all previous medical information about your child documented in our Electronic Medical Record System. Please bring your child's SHOT RECORD, especially if your child is coming for his or her first physical. If you do not have a copy, please request a copy from your child's school or your previous pediatrician. On the first visit the parents should always be present unless the child is officially in the custody of a guardian. In that case please bring all official documentation of guardianship. Please bring ID card (Driver License) and Insurance Card with you. We look forward to meeting you and joining with you to help your child maintain optimal health.
